The Practical Nursing Program is a diploma-level, four-semester program that is offered at the Centre for Nursing Studies ( in St. John's, as well as at satellite sites at several campuses of the College of the North Atlantic ( This education program has been approved by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador, meaning you will receive advanced and comprehensive instruction.
